  • Sunrise Apartments is a strata complex comprising eighty (80) apartment spread over four low-rise blocks with secure basement parking for residents and visitors.  The complex is built on the site of the former Sunrise Motel and has retained an historic element of those times being the Sunman which stands on the Uriarra Road frontage.  The complex is managed by The Owners - Strata Plan No. 80325, a corporate entity established under the NSW Strata Schemes Management Act in May 2008.  Construction commenced in late 2005 and was completed in early 2008.

  • Day to day management is undertaken by our Strata Manager in consultation with an elected Strata Committee.  Periodic meetings of Owners are held to consider more important matters with an Annual General meeting being held after close of the Owners Corporation financial year in May.
