    Emergencies do arise out of office hours.  This service incurs an after hours fee of $77.00 per call.  If it is not an Owners Corporation responsibility the amount will be recoverable from the person reporting the matter.

    Be prepared to provide personal information and details of the matter to assist the operator in determining the best course of action.
