• Five vehicles, operated by Owners or their Tenants were identified today (12 Feb 21).   The Owners Corporation will issue Notices to Comply  to Owners of the Apartments in breach of By-law 1.  Further breaches by the same Owners will result in referral to the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal which could result in a penalty of up to $1,100.

    Please park properly and observe the By-laws – there is no excuse.
