• The installation day for the lift access and security upgrade to Blocks A and D has yet to be set.

    In the next day or so all Owners will receive a detailed Notice regarding the changes – this requires action by Owners of Apartments in Blocks A & D.  Tenants will also receive a shorter form Notice.  All Non-resident Owners with tenats should ensure that their Property Manager is aware of the forthcoming changes.

    Briefly all Owners in Blocks A & D will receive two new swipes/fobs “free of charge” for each apartment they own.  Additional swipes/fobs may be purchased at a price to be determined.  In addition, Owners (and only Owners) may request smartphone access and/or additional swipes/fobs.
