    The new garage fobs arrived today and are in the process of being added to the security system.

    It is expected that Letterbox deliveries will be made on Thursday and/or Friday (14 and 15 July 2022).

    Civium pickups should be available from Monday, 18 July 2022 during opening hours.  Owners picking up from Civium will be expected to show some form of identity and possibly sign for the garage fob/s.  Authorised representatives will need a written form of authority that clearly identifies them and is signed off by the Owner – ID will also be required.

    Registered Mail items will be posted on Friday, 15 July 2022.

    Owners who have requested additional fobs will receive an Invoice from Civium – this may be e-mailed and/or come with your fobs if you are picking up from Civium.  Be careful not to affect your AGM 2022 voting eligibility by having an outstanding amount.

    Garage fobs issued to A & D Block Owners will call the lift cabin in your block as soon as you receive them.  The garage door will not be open with the fobs until the “go live” date.

    “Go Live” is scheduled for Wednesday, 27 July 2022.  Early exits/entries to the garage will use the old garage fob.  During the day you may need to try the old and new garage fob.  The old garage fobs cannot be recoded to use on the new system.  Owners may, however, be able to re-purpose the old garage fobs for simpler systems that require a remote.  The “Go Live” process will also disable the “green button” in the garage that allows a person to exit the garage.

    NOTE:  At the time of this Post over 35% of Owners have failed to respond to our request for fob delivery information.  As it is essential we close the books on this part of the process. we will not process any further requests after 5.00pm, Wednesday 13 July 2022.  This means Owners who have not responded will automatically have their delivery method as Civium Pickup AND requests for additional garage fobs will NOT be processed until August 2022.   On and from 27 July 2022 – no garage fob means no entry or exit from the garage with a vehicle.  Don’t get caught!!
