• On 19 March 21 a Notice to the Owner of the Trail Bike (NSW LHY30) parked in a B Block stairwell was placed (Pictured).  This item is parked on Common Property and will be removed on or soon after 26 Mar 21.  The matter will also be reported to NSW Police advising that the bike was placed on Common Property and after due process was removed to temporary storage prior to disposal (as allowed by law).

    If the Owners Corporation removes the item from Common Property the Owner will need to:

      • Present proof of Ownership to the Strata Manager
      • Present photo identification to the Strata Manager
      • Immediately pay all fees related to removal, storage and re-delivery

    prior to details of the vehicles whereabouts being released.

    The vehicle may no longer be parked on Sunrise Apartments Common Property at any time in the future.  It will be subject to a Permanent Towing Order.
