• Effective 10 February 2021, Civium has appointed a new Strata Manager for Sunrise Apartments.  Caroline Mitchell continues to work for Civium and will be managing an orderly transfer to Pascal.

    Pascal has worked in the Strata industry for over 7 years across ACT and NSW.  Pascal was the recipient of the SCA Strata Manager of the Year award in 2015 and 2016.  Pascal has recently returned to Civium after spending 15 months in Wollongong.

    The Strata Committee also working with Pascal to ensure a smooth transfer, including a site familiarisation visit in the near future.
