Thank you to Andrew Stone for reporting that water was entering the C10-C14 stairwell last night (19 Aug 20).  The Civium Strata Emergency After Hours service was called and the initial report indicates that the irrigation system was the source of the issue.  Information available at the time of writing (20 Aug 20 0738h) indicates that water supply to the complex may be off until the issue can be isolated.
