• Civium continues to provide Strata Management services to Sunrise Apartments under agreement.

    Internally, our Strata Manager (Pascal Deschanel) is moving on and, effective immediately Micaela Battiste will be our new Strata Manager.  The Strata Committee hopes to have the opportunity to meet with Micaela in the next few weeks.
