Basement Clean : Friday, 11 March 2022

Woodrows have now confirmed Friday, 11 March 2022 for a basement clean.

The works will involve a wet clean of all horizontal (accessible) surfaces in the basement and stairwells between the ground floor and basement.  Storage cages will not be cleaned and care will be taken to ensure water does not drift into cage areas.  Owners / residents who have empty cages may wish to sweep them clean prior to the main basement clean.

Car bays will be cleaned to the extent that they are accessible.  No parking is permitted in basement visitor bays during the day of the clean.  It is understood that the materials used to clean do not present a hazard to cars; however, to get a better clean of your car bay moving your vehicles off-site is suggested.
