• The Annual General Meeting 2021 was held at 12.00pm on Monday, 26 July 2021.

    All Motions except the Building Cladding Motion were passed.  Three Motions, being Building Management, Building Security and Security Screens were passed in a modified form that essentially referred the matters to the incoming Strata Committee for further work prior to re-submitting updated items to a General Meeting at a time to be determined in the future.

    Strata Committee elections resulted in Mr Frank Samsa (Chairman), Ms Kate Grimmond (Secretary), Mr Stephen Taylor (Treasurer) and Ms Jane Zindel (Member) being elected.  Mr Tony Wenham (Past Chairman) did not nominate due to the impending completion of the sale of his apartment.  The Owners Corporation, extended its thanks to Mr Wenham for the considerable effort he has contributed over a considerable number of years.
