Residents are reminded that placing rubbish/waste on Common Property is a breach of By-law 15.
It has been noted recently that an excessive amount of waste/rubbish is appearing on Common Property from either existing residents or vacating residents. All Residents (and Owners) are advised that in early December 2021 our cleaner will be asked to remove any items on common property. BE WARNED this will be done without any further notice.
The cleanup will also include removal of items that are outside of storage cages and lot car-spaces – whether they have fallen or travelled over time.
