• The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2022 is expected to be held in July 2022.  The date of the meeting and whether it is held “in person” or via video conferencing has yet to be determined.

    Notwithstanding, should any Owner have a one or more specific items they would like to raise for resolution at the AGM they should prepare a document and submit the item to our Strata Manager as soon as practicable.  In general the document structure should have the following content:

    1.   Short Title
    2.   Resolution/s proposed
    3.   Background explanation (if any)
    4.    The proposal and rationale for the proposed resolutions.
    5.    Sign off by the Proposer and date.

    Please note that the each AGM has a standard range of items that needs to be discussed and resolved, including insurances, financial statements, audit, budget, fire safety, etc.

    We expect also to have a Pest Control item and there may be an item on Remedial Works Stages 5 & 6.
