• An earlier post advised that the Civium had issued Notices of Contributions and Levy Notices, on 2 August 2022, that were incorrect.

    Protracted discussions and lack of responses from Civium has finally resulted in correct Notices of Contributions and Levy Notices being issued on 29 August 2022.

    What do Owners need to do?  If you have not made your 2nd Quarter Levy Notice payment then pay the amount appearing on the 29 August 2022 Levy Notice.  If you have paid your Levies based on the 2 August 2022 Levy Notice, you need to compare the amount paid to that shown as due on the 29 August 2022 Levy Notice.  If the latter is higher you need to pay the difference prior to 1 September 2022 to secure your 10% discount.
