AGM 2020 – Call for Business Paper Items

The Annual General Meeting 2020 will be held in September 2020.

Owners and Residents (including Tenants) are invited to submit items for consideration at the AGM 2020.  Items should be submitted to Caroline Mitchell at Civium Strata by 24 July 2020.

When submitting items please ensure that they include:

1. Subject Title
2. Description of the matter and associated proposal
3. Motions to be considered

The Owners Corporation may only deal with matters within its authority and is not able to consider items that may exceed its authority or be illegal.
