• The Owners Corporation periodically has the basement floor cleaned.  Due to other activities this has not been done for the last couple of years.  The basement clean is designed to reduce / remove as much dust (particularly brake dust) from horizontal surfaces.

    Woodrows, our cleaner, have now been tasked with a basement clean.  This will involve the use of water, a cleaning agent and manual scrubbers.  We are advised by Woodrows that they can work when vehicles are parked in the basement; however, the areas underneath parked vehicles are unlikely to be properly cleaned.  Further, if you are concerned about your pride and joy it is suggested that it be parked off-site during the cleaning.  Traffic flow in the basement will be slower and care should be taken as there will be people on foot working, possibly with hoses and other equipment.

    It is also suggested that residents remove other items that may be stored in their car-bay.  Storage cages should not be affected.

    This is an early advice to Residents and Owners.

    A Notice will be sent to all Owners and Residents closer to the date when works will be undertaken.  Plus a further blog will be posted.
