• The Owners Corporation advises that the wearing of masks is now mandatory in all outside areas throughout NSW, subject to medical exemptions and some age categories.

    What does this mean for any person entering and/or residing at Sunrise Apartments?

    • Masks must be worn when on all Common Property areas.
    • Masks must be worn when on a balcony.
    • Masks must be worn in private garden areas.

    The bottom line is that unless a person is inside an apartment a mask must be worn at all times.
