• Sunrise Apartments shares a common wood paling fence with the Strata Plan at 25 Uriarra Road.  The fence is located on the north boundary of 25 Uriarra Road facing B Block.  The paling fence needs to be replaced.  The Owners Corporation has agreed, under the Dividing Fences Act (NSW) to meet 50% of the cost of the replacement.  The works involved will entail removal of the wood palings and using the existing post and rail structure to erect a metal panel fence.

    Works are expected to be undertaken in the next month or so – subject to supply of materials and availability of trades.
