Although everything has settled it took a little while to determine what was the cause of the flooding on 20 Aug 20.  Essentially, now that the Remedial Works have been completed for Blocks C & D (and there is no real activity in that part of the complex we have asked for the irrigation to be reinstated in that area.  This will be followed with new garden work and plantings in time for Spring.

In short when the irrigation was checked it was running OK; however, unbeknownst to the Irrigation supplier there was a crushed solenoid unit in the irrigation system that gave up overnight.  The cause of the damage and when it occurred is unclear.  This has now been fixed.

We will be trying to determine if any other damage has occurred that needs addressing as a result of the water that flowed from the system.
