• Early Mon, 4 July 22, it was found that the garage door was locked in an open position.  Basic checks were undertaken; however, the fault requires the attendance of a technician.  The matter was reported to Civium for urgent attention.  Civium issued a work order to ACT Doorland on 5 Jul 22.  The Strata Committee followed up with Civium soon thereafter to get an estimated time of arrival.

    It would seem that we are presently caught like many others with a trades availability issue.

    The matter will be regularly followed up to determine when it can be fixed and what actually caused the fault.  If parts are required then we have a bigger issue and longer term delay.
