• NEW Garage Fobs

    All new garage fobs have now been ACTIVATED.

    Garage Fob Delivery

    Delivery status is as follows:

    1. Apartment Letterbox deliveries were made PM 14 July 22.
    2. Registered Post items have been mailed.
    3. Civium pickup is now available.  Appropriate ID will be required from the person collecting, if not the Owner then a written authorisation will also be required.  Pickup (and delivery to Residents) should be prior to 27 July 22 – the “go live” date.

    Garage Fob Use

    A & D Block residents may use their new garage fob, IMMEDIATELY, to call the lift cabin in their Block.  The lift fobs you have will continue to work for the lift.

    The new garage fob will NOT open the garage door until 27 July 22 (and thereafter)

    Garage Security “Go Live”

    Go Live is 27 July 2022.

    On 27 July 2022 you may need to use your old garage fob early in the day and the new garage fob later in the day – CARRY BOTH GARAGE FOBS.

    After a successful implementation on 27 July 22 the old garage fobs will no longer be required – do not dispose of them until you are sure the new garage fob is working properly (indicating the system is operational).

    You will need the new garage fob to enter and exit the Basement Garage.  The basement garage door release (Green Button) will be deactivated on 27 July 2022.

    Replacement / Additional Garage Fobs

    The replacement cost for lost/damaged/stolen garage fobs is $100 (additional garage fobs cost the same).  DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN YOUR CAR!  This only helps thieves who want to steal your car as they will be able to use the new garage fob to exit the garage (and if activated for lifts – use the lift).

    At present we are awaiting delivery of additional garage fobs – do not lose yours.

    Issues?

    Please report any operating issues directly to Civium Strata or e-mail sp80325@sunriseapartments.online.  Lost/Stolen/Damaged garage fobs should also be reported immediately for deactivation.

    If you or your Tenant does not have the new garage fobs by 27 July 22 then they will need to park elsewhere (if they can’t get into the carpark) or ensure they get their fob before trying to exit.  This is an Owner issue NOT an Owners Corporation or Strata Manager issue.
