    We have requested that Civium ensure ALL hard waste (dumped rubbish) that is on Common Property (walkways at all levels, ground level, stairwells and the basement) be removed by 22 Jan 22.

    Be warned if you have stored items on common property, especially adjacent to your car bay or in some other nook or cranny in the basement it will be removed without further notice.

    Take action now or the items will be removed to the rubbish dump.

    A BIG THANK YOU to all Residents who have cleaned up their car-bay lots.  Others who have failed to do so will be receiving a letter and final warning to tidy their Lot – failure to do so will result in a referral to the NSW Civil and Administrative Appeals Tribunal which could result in a fine and order allowing the Owners Corporation to enter the Lot and recover costs of cleaning the Lot.
