• Is this your Motorbike? (see picture in main article)

    This motorbike was found parked on Common Property in the B Block basement stairwell adjacent to Apartment A04 Parking Bay.

    Residents are reminded that vehicles and other materials may not be parked or stored on Common Property, except with specific approval of the Owners Corporation.  Approval has not been given in this case.  The Owners Corporation will ask the Strata manager to take appropriate action to have this motorbike removed from the property.  Recovery will require the payment of all removal, storage and re-delivery charges.

    The Owner of the vehicle is encouraged to remove the motorbike promptly.
