• A reminder to all Owners, especially those who have joined the community after the AGM in 2021.

    Resolution 10 of the 2021 AGM allows the Treasurer to issue the levy notices at the same quarterly rate and frequency as in the FY 21/22 financial year.  Civium Strata should issue all first quarter Levy Notices this week.  Amounts will be due and payable on 1 June 2022.  Payments made on or before this date will be eligible for a 10% prompt payment discount that will be applied against the second quarter levies.

    All Special Levies have ceased until such time as the Owners Corporation resolves otherwise.  No recommendations are forthcoming for any Special Levies at the time of writing nor proposed for the AGM 2022.

    If you are a new Owner and do not receive a Levy Notice please either contact your conveyancing solicitor or Civium Strata to ensure that a Section 22 Notice has been lodged.  Failure to have such Notices to be lodged does not relieve the new Owner of liability to the levies or any other charges (interest, recovery fees, etc).
