• A quick reminder to Blocks A & D Owners, please provide your requirements regarding lift access as per our recent notice (Owner login required to see under Documents) by cob Monday 22 February 21.  If no advice is received the Owners Corporation will code up the two free fobs for your apartment and leave them with Civium for pick-up.  Pick-up will need to be by an Owner authorised (they will need a letter signed by you and their photo ID) representative.  Providing the requested information will make it simpler for any Residents.

    Our supplier has advised that they are planning to do the cabling for the system in the week commencing 22 February 21.  Please be advised that technicians will be on-site and working in the basement – Residents are asked to keep you car speed down to 10 km/h to avoid accident and injury.
