• CXI (the Supplier) have advised that they are presently co-ordinating with Schindler Lifts to decommission the old card swipe system so that the new Lift Access & Security system can be wired in.  Between the date the Schindler Lifts (card swipe) system is decommissioned and the new system goes live lifts may be used without any swipe or fob.

    Lift fobs are expected to be coded over the next week.

    Prior to the new system going live there will be additional equipment to be installed – at which point a decision will be made with respect to a “go live” date.

    Owners in Blocks A & D that have not responded to the Owners Corporation request for information regarding fob requirements (of which there are many) please do so by cob 22 April 21.  Failure to do so will mean that fobs will need to be collected during Civium business hours from their Phillip office.  If you have tenants they may be inconvenienced.
