• During the last 12 months there have been quite a few new Owners in Sunrise Apartments – many have decided to make it their home.  Welcome to all.

    If you are a new Owner you may wish to consider the following:

    1. Register for full access to this site – Owners get to see “Owner only” content.
    2. Consider coming joining the video-conference Annual General Meeting 2022 on 22 July 22 at 12:30pm – details to be sent soon.
    3. Consider becoming involved – stand for the Strata Committee.

    Strata Committee?  The Strata Committee, along with the Strata Manager, looks after the day to day running of Sunrise Apartments.

    Not qualified and/or No experience?  This is the place to learn with expert support from Civium (Strata Manager) backing you up.  This is the place where you can involve yourself in the daily running and decisions made about Sunrise Apartments.

    No time?  A common problem BUT are you also saying I have no time to take an interest in my investment (one of the largest you make in life).  The experience you gain will help you in many facets of life.

    Too young?  Not really, the writer joined a Strata Committee when only 21 years of age.  More experienced people gradually guided and coached younger members – it has never been regretted.

    So to all – new and older Owners:

    • Put your hands up to help guide in the running of Sunrise Apartments – it’s your investment and for many it’s your home.
