• Today three (3) vehicles had Notices issued for Illegal Parking on Common Property.  These vehicles have been detected either parking in No Parking, Loading or Turning zones or for extended periods in Visitor Bays (including Disabled Parking without a permit) frequently.  The use of Visitor Bays, when not marked as time limited, is only allowed for a reasonable period – this is considered by the Owners Corporation to be around three to four hours.

    If the any of the vehicles pictured below belong to the reader and you believe that you are parking properly and with good reason you are encourage to contact the Owners Corporation Strata Manager.  Otherwise you should cease parking on Common Property.
