• We have had a number of reports indicating that Spider and maybe other insect pests are being more active in the complex.  Since the drought has broken and we are experiencing wetter conditions this is not unexpected.

    Sunrise Apartments does not have an annual pest management program – this is done on an as needs basis.  Annual programs are normally in place for sites that may be at risk of termite activity which, given the construction of Sunrise Apartments, is low risk.

    Treatment of pests within a Lot is the responsibility of an Owner; however, if the cause can be tracked back to an issue in Common Property then the Owners Corporation may have to treat the affected area.

    Owners and Residents are encouraged to report an pest issues of concern to Strata Management (Owners) or their property manager (Tenants).
