A quick reminder to all Owners.

The next instalment of Special Levies are due on 1 October 21.  To receive the 10% Prompt Payment Discount all outstanding levies (and other amounts) must be in the Owners Corporation bank account on or before 1 October 2021.  Please allow for bank system and other delays (Public / Bank holidays) when making your payment.  Financial Institutions such as Credit Unions and Building Societies (or were formerly one of these types) use a different settlement system that the major banks that can add a number of days to the processing after you have confirmed payment.
