• The Executive Committee have received advice from Civium Strata that our Strata Manager (Tristan Veurink) will be moving on to new opportunities as at close of business today (31 Aug 22).

    Filling his role for the foreseeable future will be Monique Bosma (e. monique.bosma@civium.com.au).  Your Strata Committee will be progressively working with Monique to ensure that she is across issues, projects and other matters relating to Sunrise Apartments.  Monique has also offered to visit Sunrise Apartments to get a better understanding of the complex – we hope this will be soon.  We also understand that a letter will go to all Owners introducing Monique.
